Vice President/ Assistant Vice President (Investment Banking)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop banking relationship with banks and financing institutions

  • Lead in structuring of bank finance, conduct in-depth professional negotiation with banks, external Lawyers etc. on financing terms, and be responsible for financing documents execution and post-financing management

  • Take charge of offshore financing risk management, including Vanke Group’s offshore financing capability management and compliance management covering covenants stipulated under loan agreements as well as relevant domestic and offshore regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-department collaboration, support the Vanke Group’s overseas investment, and daily capital operation with professional financing solutions

  • Be responsible for Financial Modeling, PowerPoint presentations, and internal memorandums/ reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above with a major preferably in Accounting, Financing, Legal or equivalent with minimum 8 years relevant experience

  • Multi-lingual skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Capabilities to handle multi-tasks

  • Good Communication and Presentation skills

  • Experience in Corporate Banking or Corporate Treasury within listed companies is highly preferred
