Accounting Officer (Treasury & Accounting Operations)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle treasury operations including but not limit to monitoring daily cash balances, forecasting cash flow, and ensuring that funding requirements are met
  • Handle cross border bank remittance/local payments of the Group
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk, and credit risk
  • Maintain good working relations with banks and financial institutions for banking services and credit facilities; manage various bank accounts
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, and compliance related to financial transactions and reporting
  • Familiar with Internet banking operations and handle payable, receivable and billing
  • Maintain correct and clear payment record and handling bank service payment
  • Companies accounts management including but not limit to opening and closing, account maintenance, authorized signatory of the account changes
  • Execute regular and ad-hoc administrative tasks

 Requirements:

  • Tertiary / Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related disciplines
  • Experience in corporate/retail banking or relevant work experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in PRC company or work with PRC team will be an advantage
  • Well organized, diligent, attentive to details, self-initiative and willing to learn
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Assistant Manager (Property Operations & Customer Relations)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a landlord representative to monitor the performance of property management and operation service providers
  • Assist in overseeing different teams to ensure a smooth handover experience for buyers, including defect rectification, handover documentation and inspection, etc
  • Coordinate pre-handover inspections, documents, and material
  • Monitor service providers to ensure quality handover and customer services for all new development projects
  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel department to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement room booking and check-in management strategies to ensure effective utilization of rooms
  • Manage the budget and cost control of the hotel department to ensure efficient and profitable operation
  • Follow up clients’ inquiries, complaints, emergency cases in a professional manner
  • Prepare administration work and report

 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Housing Management, or Hotel Management
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in property operation or property management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Extensive knowledge in hotel/luxury serviced apartment operations to achieve optimal levels of revenue while maintaining high guest expectations
  • Experience in the takeover and handover of new residential properties is a definite advantage
  • Experience in commercial, residential leasing and hotel operation experience is preferred
  • Well-versed in property management ordinance, building management ordinance, deed of mutual covenant and tenancy agreements
  • Work on duty roster is required
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager

Senior Marketing Executive (6-month contract)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for residential property / hotel & serviced apartments.
  • Utilize basic design skills to assist in editing and formatting content for marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for content marketing initiatives.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years’ relevant design experience in marketing related field.
  • Knowledge in basic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a must.
  • Knowledge in 1st hand residential property sales ordinance would be an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with internal partners and external vendor.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive.

Successful candidate will be appointed on 6-month contract terms.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical work and administrative support to the project team and site offices
  • Maintain a proper filing and tracking of all documents for site offices
  • Arrange site meetings with the project team and any external clients
  • Assist in site administration duties for our construction projects, including data entry, maintenance staff attendance and other general administration duties
  • Carry out any other duties as required
 Requirements:
  • F.5/DSE or above
  • At least 3 years’ related experience
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work at site office and in different locations as assigned
  • Per candidate's background / internal policy,  candidate will be also considered as Officer (Site Administration)

Building Services Engineer / Building Services Inspector

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support Project / Construction Manager to manage building services aspects from construction to project completion stages and handover to end-user
  • Manage contractors to ensure completion of project on time, within budget and high quality as well as safety
  • To comment and monitor the schedules (drawings, materials, samples, site works, T&C schedules etc.) submitted by contractors
  • Supervise the BS installation works and carry out T&C according to the contract requirements
  • To monitor site progress, labour resources, materials and equipment used on site
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ of relevant construction working experience
  • Hotel, new luxury and mixed residential development experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer

Owner Site Representative / Senior Site Inspector

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Assist the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform site supervisory duties
  • Supervise the contractors' works to ensure the quality and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Comment on construction / working drawings and details, method statements, submissions
  • Monitor, motivate the progress of work to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme and budget
  • Carry out independent technical audit on site and prepare reports. Regular review and monitor the quality of materials and workmanship
  • Assist and monitor the handover of premises to end users
Requirements
  • High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in property development with hand-on skills in dealing with construction management
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Site Inspector
  • Previous work experience in large scale residential projects for developer will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services and construction details
  • Conversant with quality procedure and able to inspect in detail, report concisely, interpret clearly and record completely
  • Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Valid holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (“Green Card”)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Site Inspector
