Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Handle, screen and direct telephone calls and faxes
  • Distribute company mails and arrange for courier services
  • Ensure tidiness of the reception, conference rooms and general office environment
  • Handle office administrations such as purchasing/managing consumables/ furniture, admin record keeping, coordinate repair works for office facilities and equipment, stock keeping, staff activities, admin payments, and other general administrations
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks arises in HR & Administration Team
Requirements
  • HKDSE or above, tertiary educated is preferred
  • At least 3 years’ experience in general office administration
  • Pleasant personality
  • Meticulous, organized and responsible
  • Be a good team player with strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Able to deal with multi-tasking environment, work under pressure and independently with persistence
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office - Word/Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred

Senior Manager (Information Technology)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage IT team in Hong Kong and be the key project leader for driving the system implementation projects.
  • Provide inputs to technical architectures, solutions and timeline of digital products such as facilitate integrations, migrations and any technical connections with any internal/external systems.
  • Assist with the prioritization of development and integration tasks to achieve business goals. 
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the delivered digital product / solution can meet the budget, timeline, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy.
  • Oversee vendors and perform detailed technical reviews to ensure every component is being correctly implemented.
  • Contribute to software design while utilizing methodologies that meet current needs and address future technologies.
  • Contribute to the software test strategies and provide solutions or investigate options with focus on software stability and reliability.
  • Coordinate and assist with product releases and provide post-launch/on-going technical support to the product/system.
  • Organize quality reviews and ensure the product’s technical documentation and internal SOPs are up to date.
Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ solid experience in technical design, system development and implementation, with at least 5 years in managerial position.
  • Property development background is highly preferred.
  • Solid experience on web portal and mobile app development with CRM, CMS and multiple ERP systems’ integration is a must. 
  • Experience in leading multiple external vendors on software development is a huge plus.
  • Technical oriented with strong business acumen and able to conduct technical feasibility study for new ideas and digital projects.
  • Self-motivated and capable to work with minimal supervision, ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in working closely with designers and various business teams.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.

Officer / Senior Officer (IT Technical Support)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for system and network administration/ support
  • Perform installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of OS, hardware and software
  • Be responsible for daily desktop support to end users
  • Monitor and manage servers, mail, virtualization platform and other IT related facilities
  • Administer the monitor system performance and perform system tuning or enhancements to ensure optimal use of system resources
  • Be responsible for security management and control of infrastructure and application systems
  • Ensure application availability, perform regular capacity planning, housekeeping to maintain system healthiness and disaster recovery planning
  • Be responsible for IT Projects implementation for new leads
  • Work closely with dealers and internal staff for daily operations  
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in technical support
  • Solid experience in user, server and network support
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Configuration, VMware, Cloud and desktop environment
  • Good knowledge of Network Infrastructure & Cyber Security
  • Holder of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA / Experience in IT security audit or compliance (such as security risk assessment) is preferable
  • Good communication, problem-solving & time management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Independent, self-motivated, quick learner, good team player, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Senior Manager / Manager (Project Management)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Work independently and co-ordinate with the Contract Manager, Consultants and Contractors for all project related activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards;
  • Liaise with different departments in formulation of project brief and establishment of user requirements;
  • Prepare project programme with regular monitoring;
  • Procurement of Consultancy Services and Works Contracts with cost control team;
  • Coordinate with Consultants and Contractor’s performance in executing their duties;
  • Review of building plans and design details with management in statutory approval process;
  • Prepare and regular monitor project cost plan with cost control team;
  • Monitor site progress and manage works quality with site supervision team;
  • Assist in contract administration;
  • Handover management of completed development to building operators.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification as Member of HKIA or equivalent
  • Qualifications of Authorized Person is preferable
  • Minimum 12 years' experience with Property Developers or Consultant firms
  • Extensive experience in handling small and large-scale residential projects in HK
  • Responsible for prestigious Residential and Commercial developments in HK
  • Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of buildings, planning and lands
  • Working knowledge of BIM and BEAM Plus
  • Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight schedule
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both English & Chinese (Mandarin)
