Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support all written communications including press releases, speeches, write-ups for external and internal publications, and other communication materials for both project launch and corporate levels
- Manage media relations especially the property field, including coordinating media interviews, photo shoots and handling inquiries
- Assist in developing a communication strategy to generate exposure for both project and corporate levels, including news stories and social media
- Assist in the execution of external and internal events such as press conferences, corporate social responsibilities initiatives, etc.

Requirements:

- Support Project / Construction Manager to manage building services aspects from construction to project completion stages and handover to end-user
- Manage contractors to ensure completion of project on time, within budget and high quality as well as safety

- Assist the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform site supervisory duties
- Supervise the contractors' works to ensure the quality and compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
