Job Description
- Acting as a landlord representative to monitor the performance of property management service provider
- Assist manager to oversee different teams to ensure smooth handover experience to buyers, including defect rectification, handover documentations, inspection, etc.
- Coordination of pre-handover inspection, documents and material
- Monitor service provider to deliver quality handover and customer services for all new development projects
- Carry out other operation duties such as sales launch logistics, cleaning and security management
