【28 August 2023, Hong Kong】Vanke Holdings (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“Vanke Hong Kong”) has officially launched its new hotel and serviced apartment in the name of The Stellar. Located in Chun Yeung Street North Point, a popular photo spot, the project offers flexible rental plans for daily or monthly stays, along with hotel service, to meet the accommodation needs of different guests. The monthly rentals range from HK$14,400 for Studios to HK$29,800 for Family Suites, which is now available for reservation, with early-bird offers for advanced bookings.

The Stellar stands out not only for its convenience of access to and from its prime location in Chun Yeung Street, North Point, Hong Kong Island, but also for its vibrant full-of-life cultural vibes. Covering 32 storeys, the project comes with 164 guest rooms, from Studios to 3-bedroom suites from 291 to 1,358 square feet. Guests can enjoy the gym equipment, including treadmill, stationary bike, dumbbell set and rowing machine, maintaining physical and mental wellness.

Inspired by sparkling sugar crystals, the project features a free-flow curtain wall facade design with a coordinated interplay of rectangular glass elements. As the light and shadow cast by the building change with the angle of view, dancing on the curtain wall are mesmerising reflections of trams passing by gracefully amid the hustle and bustle. Its stylish and unique design idea took root from the profound history of Chun Yeung Street, which was named after a sugar cane businessman called Guo Chun Yeung. The crystal story continues with the interior to complete the seamless architecture design, for guests to savour a stellar hospitality experience. At the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2023, the project was crowned as the Best New Hotel Construction & Design (Hong Kong) in recognition of its outstanding design.
